Policies at LYNX

Because We Care

We founded LYNX with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

  • All boxes are shipped monthly in occurrence to the date your box membership begun

  • All memberships must be cancelled within 14 days of next subscription or you will be billed for your subscription.

  • The fee of $35 will be deducted monthly from the card you have on file.

  • Each months box contains different items for the month. Sage, stones, and candles are mandatory in each box.

  • Please allow 10-12 for first subscription to be sent. After they will ship out every 30 days.

  • All exclusives orders will be processed and shipped in 6-8 business days.

  • All sales are final
